Greenstone Country Community Services District (CSD) is a gated community of nearly 2265 Acres of pastoral hills, breathtaking lake and valley views, and equestrian parcels. Formed in 1981 the CSD's purpose is to promote long-term safe and sanitary wastewater disposal.
Procedures which govern septic system design, installation and operation have been adopted by the District and are set forth in the District's Wastewater Disposal System Design Manual and the Care and Cleaning of Your Wastewater Treatment and Disposal System Booklet. A copy of both publications may be obtained at the CSD office at 3451 Stagecoach Rd.
